PAHMA NEEDS YOU to be able to fulfill its mission of promoting a standard of excellence in the management of HUD and PHFA apartments. Your input, guidance support and attendance are necessary if our proper dialogue is to be achieved.

Any Real Property management agent under a contract approved by HUD or who possesses LIHTC properties at the time application for membership is submitted and is dedicated to the purposes of this corporation shall be eligible for membership. The principal officer or the designated person of the member company will be the representative at all meetings of the corporation.

This website will allow you to disseminate information to members regarding current changes at HUD, PHFA and other governmental agencies. Members can use this site for instructional information or interpretation of important regulations regarding housing management and ask for assistance from other members on issues for which they may not have experience. The site will provide links to other related sites and allow interested parties to APPLY FOR MEMBERSHIP WITH PAHMA.

Another valuable service provided to PAHMA Members is national representation and advocacy through membership in National Leased Housing Association (NLHA) and National Affordable Housing Management Association (NAHMA).
