Any Affordable Housing Management Agent or Owner of Affordable Housing shall be eligible to apply to the Board of Directors for regular membership. The principal officer or the designated representative of the regular member shall be the voting representative at all member meetings of the corporation. Any person or entity dedicated to the purposes of PAHMA shall be eligible to apply to the Board of Directors for associate membership.
REMEMBER: PAHMA provides YOU the personal opportunity to ask other Affordable Housing managers about their personal Affordable Housing management issues and experiences. PAHMA also provides YOU the opportunity for personal contact with personnel at HUD, PHFA and other Affordable Housing regulatory agencies.
