Any Real Property management agent under a contract approved by HUD or who posessess LHITC properties at the time application for membership is submitted and dedicated to the purposes of this corporation shall be eligible for membership. The principal officer of the designated person of the member company will be the representative at all meetings of the corporation.

This website will allow you to disseminate information to members regarding current changes at HUD, PHFA and other governmental agencies. Members can use this site for instructional information or interpretation of important regulations regarding housing management and ask for assistance from other members on issues for which they may not have experience. Members will soon be able register for seminars online. The site will provide links to other related sites and allow interested parties to
apply for membership with PAHMA.
