Description of Position:
Confer Vista Apartments is an elderly, Section 8 assisted property located in Uniontown, PA seeking someone to coordinate suppportive services for 36 elderly families that reside at the property, one day per week.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Referral of residents to local social service agencies, coordinating recreation and other programs on site, and coordinating visits by local service providers to the building.

This is a part time position, one day per week.

Qualifications:
Qualified applicants will have education or experience in resident activities, social services, social work or similar work or volunteer experience.

Compensation:
Negotiable
