These sessions are designed for management agent staff and front line on-site staff who currently hold a PA Real Estate license and require continuing education credits. PA State Required Rules & Regulations Review – Morning
Presented by: Mr. Steve Chupinka, Director of Academy of Real Estate Careers

The PA Real Estate Commission is implementing a new policy requiring that all PA real estate licensees take at least three (3) hours of continuing education during the 2016-2018 renewal cycle in topics related to Commission Rules and Regulations – this session will fulfill that requirement – with a review of the Rules & Regulations of the PA State Real Estate Commission and the PA Real Estate License Requirements.

Representatives of HUD will address concerns of Affordable Housing Management. During this portion of the seminar, participants will gain a better understanding of the current VAWA Rules, Funding of Current Contracts, Energy Initiatives, and Homeless Preferences.
