**NOTE: LIHTC - This one and one-half day seminar is designed for management agent staff and front line on-site staff managing Section 42 tax credit properties. The Comprehensive Review of Tax Credit Requirements will include an update on the tax credit program requirements and compliance issues. This seminar is also great preparation for the Specialist in Housing Credit Management - SHCM - accreditation test, which is being offered the afternoon of the second day.
