'PAHMA' prides itself in:

• Assisting owners and Management Agents in fulfilling their responsibilities to residents of Affordable Housing.
• Furthering the national program of providing affordable housing and better communities for all persons.
• Providing a vehicle for meaningful dialogue with HUD, PHFA, and other regulatory agencies.
• Providing timely information on issues facing the Affordable Housing industry.
• Providing an exchange of information leading to enhanced professionalism through communication and education.
• Providing educational opportunities for Management Agents and on-site personnel.

PAHMA recognizes that effective communications are necessary between HUD, PHFA and Affordable Housing management agents.  One of the main objectives of PAHMA is to pursue an on-going dialogue with HUD, PHFA and other regulatory officials. PAHMA is designed to be an educational extension of your business and is commited to achieving and maintaining a standard of excellence for those engaged in the management of Affordable Housing.
